Yes. Multi-objective ranking using PARETO-ranking and goal attainment is fully implemented (version 3.3 and more recent versions). In addition the complete toolbox supports the handling of multiple objective values for an individual (version 3.5 and more recent versions).
To activate multi-objective ranking just set the option Selection.RankingMultiobj=1 (default is 0). The ranking function then performs multi-objective ranking (if multiple objective values per individual are returned by the objective function).
