 Grafical User Interface for GEA toolbox

 This function creates a GUI for the GEATbx.

 Syntax:  GEAOPTout = geagui(COMMAND, GEAOPTin)

 Input parameters:
    COMMAND   - String containing the next action to do
    Option    - (optional) geaoptions structure

 Output parameter:
    GEAOPTout - (optional) geaoptions structure
